Your details are used to get your order to you and nothing more. Here is exactly what we collect and why.
Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, order history, and payment confirmation details. We never see or store your full card number.
Data is held with our hosting, store and email providers under encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order.
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, plus analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.
Who we are
LYF Long is an Australian business selling creatine monohydrate and digital strength training programs. We are the data controller for information collected through lyflong.com.au. You can reach us any time at hello@lyflong.com.au.
Why we collect your information
We use your personal information to process and ship orders, deliver digital products, provide customer support, send order and shipping notifications, prevent fraud, and where you have opted in, send marketing emails about new products and training content.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the service providers who run our store: Shopify (store, checkout and order management), our payment processors, Australia Post (delivery), our email provider (order and marketing emails), and Judge.me (product reviews). We do not sell your personal information.
Product reviews
If you leave a product review, your first name, review content and rating may be displayed publicly on our product pages. Your email address is never shown publicly.
Marketing emails
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing hello@lyflong.com.au. Transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping notifications will still be sent.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for at least seven years to meet Australian tax and business record keeping requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email hello@lyflong.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Some of our providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
Children
Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always appears on this page, and material changes will be reflected in the effective date below.
