All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
Training programs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, or redistribute program files or coaching content.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and match their description.
Agreement to these terms
By browsing lyflong.com.au or placing an order, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Product information
We work hard to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, testing results and nutritional information. Photographs are illustrative and packaging may vary slightly between production batches.
Pricing and availability
We may change prices, run promotions, or withdraw products at any time. If a pricing or stock error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and offer to fulfil at the correct price or refund you in full.
Shipping and delivery
Physical orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes, rates and free shipping thresholds are set out in our shipping policy. Digital products are delivered by email as soon as payment clears.
Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under our returns and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Health and training disclaimer
Our products and programs are general information and nutritional supplements, not medical advice. Creatine monohydrate is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Acceptable use
